Caroline Semmelmeier

Major: English
Class of 2018
Hometown: Greenlawn, NY

Caroline is a junior English major from Greenlawn, New York. She loves following the USWNT and wearing hats. Besides NKE, Caroline is a member of the Pep Band and an RA. She rushed because her RA made her and it was one of the best things to ever happen to her. NKE has provided friendships and opportunities to grow as a person, and for that Caroline will always be grateful.

Vice President

Major: Neuroscience, Pre-med
Class of 2019
Hometown: Roanoke, VA

I’m a sophomore majoring in Neuroscience from Roanoke, Virginia. I love cats, hedgehogs, puns, and reading, but more often than not you’ll find me asleep basically anywhere. I play the piano and absolutely love creating and listening to music, so I joined NKE to make some friends and talk about my favorite part of life. I also have a twin on campus so if you ever see me, it might also not be me.

Adrianna Villalobos
Major: Psychology, Minor: Religious Studies
Class of 2018
Hometown: Newtown, PA

Adrianna joined NKE because of the amazing people who love music as much as she does. She plays the flute and saxophone but will most likely be found attending any concert possible (there is just so much talent!) Around campus, she is an active volunteer with Branch Out and is very passionate about traveling, writing, and Mexican food. Her skills include (but are not limited to) speaking five languages and having memorized every line in Mulan…and probably most Disney movies.

gspElizabeth Getis

Major: Accounting or Economics (to be determined)
Class of 2019
Hometown: Leesburg, VA

Elizabeth joined NKE in her first semester at William and Mary in order to meet people who shared her love for music.  Her musical background includes piano, violin, and voice.  She is also the Assistant Music Director of Passing Notes, one of William and Mary’s all female a cappella groups.  Elizabeth is a total musical theatre nerd, can eat ridiculous amounts of chocolate in one sitting, and is always down for an in depth discussion about Harry Potter.

Bronwynn Terrell
Rush Chair

Major: English and Anthropology
Class of 2019
Hometown: Chesapeake, VA

Bronwynn joined NKE in the second semester of her freshman year to become more involved in the music community at William and Mary, and because it is full of wonderful people! She sings as a Soprano I and plays the piano and is attempting to learn the ukulele. In her spare time she watches classic Disney movies on Netflix, or almost anything on PBS’s Masterpiece, and can be found typically with Chick-Fil-A in hand. She aspires to be a High School English Teacher and Author some day, or a Disney Historian/Anthropologist.

Philanthropy Chair
Major: Government and Music
Class of 2019
Hometown: Leesburg, VA

Emmel joined NKE her first semester at William & Mary because the idea of a music sorority, in which she could meet new people who also had a passion for music like she did, would be a great way to enhance her college experience. She’s very excited to be the Philanthropy chair this year, and has a lot of ideas to expand NKE’s campus and community presence as an organization with a larger focus on service. In addition to NKE, Emmel is currently the features editor for ROCKET magazine, a member of Phi Alpha Delta pre-law fraternity, and plays for the Classical Guitar Ensemble. In her free time, she enjoys watching Gilmore Girls with her suitemates, reading, keeping up with current events, playing guitar, and messing around with makeup.

Ritual Chair
Major: Linguistics and English
Class of 2018
Hometown: Purchase, NY

Jenna joined NKE because she figured it would be a great way to meet amazing new people and make great sisters and friends—and it definitely was! Her hobbies include being confused about what’s going on and accidentally losing her student ID (again), and her activities on campus include playing trumpet in the pep band, nerding out at Board Game Club and Cheese Club, and lying around on the Sunken Garden doing absolutely nothing. So if you ever see her walking around campus covered in grass, please don’t be concerned… though if you ever see her at Wawa at 3 am on a school night, you should proooobably gently remind her not to make a habit of that.

Social Chair

Major: Psychology
Class of 2019
Hometown: Virginia Beach, VA

Rhyan joined NKE her first semester of her sophomore year and regrets not finding her sisters sooner. Music has always been a big part of her life, but playing music never worked out for her. When she isn’t in class or working as a nanny you can find her painting, drinking way too much coffee, or watching Netflix. If you ever need anything she is sure to have it in her Mary Poppins-esque purse.

She loves to dance, play the cello, take pictures, cook, and most of all, she loves her chinchilla Tula. She has an obnoxious obsession with The Office, loves to go to the beach, and has been known to eat a lot of pizza.
